Shed slab and driveway for Lara client

We recently had a client reach out to us during their building phase to discuss plans for a future driveway and shed slab in Lara. Their vision included a 90m2 shed slab with 13 x 450mm piers for foundation support.

Once the building was complete, we wasted no time in getting started. The excavation work was entrusted to a third party chosen by the client, a decision we fully supported. Our team took charge of setup, preparation, inspection, and pouring.

For excavation and preparation, the client opted for their own excavator to ensure personal involvement and satisfaction. Following excavation, our team meticulously prepared the site, ensuring compliance with both the client’s plans and local regulations.

We arranged for all necessary inspections to meet local building codes and ensured that all preparations met the required standards for approval. Concrete pouring was carried out with precision, utilising a high-quality mix for optimal durability.

At the client’s request, we applied a burnished finish to the shed slab, expertly enhancing both its appearance and functionality. The project concluded to the client’s satisfaction, with the burnished finish adding a professional touch.
