At Wilo’s Concreting & Excavation, we recently completed an impressive rock driveway construction project in Bannockburn near Geelong. This project showcases our expertise in creating durable and visually appealing rural driveways using premium Batesford limestone toppings.

Site preparation and applying Batesford Limestone Toppings

The project began with the removal of approximately 70m³ of dirt from a septic tank installation. Utilising our tipper and posi track, we cleared and leveled the site, preparing it for the driveway construction. Our team then meticulously cut and shaped a 1000m² area for the driveway.

Following the site preparation, we brought in high-quality Batesford limestone rock. Using the posi track (bobcat), we expertly spread and leveled the rock across the driveway area. To ensure a solid and smooth surface, we hired a roller compactor and compacted the newly laid rock thoroughly.

The entire process, from site preparation to the final compaction, was completed in May this year. Our team’s dedication to precision and quality is evident in the finished driveway, which not only enhances the functionality of the property but also adds aesthetic value.
