Extensive concreting services for recently built Belmont home
The homeowner of a recently demolished and rebuilt Belmont home sought extensive concreting works to enhance both functionality and aesthetics.
Using a 1.7-tonne excavator, we performed a 100mm backyard scrape, meticulously preparing the area for future turf installation and landscaping. Following this, exposed concrete paving was installed around the home’s sides, rear, and side of the garage, chosen for its durability and visual appeal to complement the new home’s aesthetics.
For the driveway and pathways, we began by removing the existing crossover, footpath, layback, old concrete, and excess soil with our tipper truck. We then proceeded with excavating and concreting new installations, enhancing the property’s accessibility and curb appeal.
Finishing touches included saw cuts and clear sealer application, ensuring durability and enhancing the concrete’s appearance. The comprehensive concreting work laid a solid foundation for the client’s landscaping and final touches.
The benefits were clear: the extensive concreting work not only improved the property’s visual appeal and functionality but also provided customised solutions tailored to the homeowner’s vision and the architectural design of the newly built home. Now, the property is ready for the final landscaping phase, enabling a seamless transition to the finishing touches.
